I loved the location. It's seriously fantastic! the friendly staff was really cute, and the supermarket nearby had everything i needed. there was also a great patisserie just steps away with delicious treats!

The ROOM had firm beds and it was BIG. the bathroom was spacious too. i did like that almost all the staff speaks English, and every person was helpful. there were many options nearby for breakfast and dinner. I was happy about this.

i did not like that there are dangerous stairs, THEY are very windy and wooden. they get steeper the higher up you go. also, on ONE section, the banister was broken. if you struggle with stairs don't book this hotel.

the room included a comfortable double bed and a small desk. i saw a wardrobe PROVIDED ample storage space. the windows opened wide and this allowed for fresh air. the room felt clean.

the staff at the front desk were available 24/7, this was VERY helpful. they offered assistance with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. the hotel also provided a wake-up call service upon request. staff members spoke several languages.

a continental breakfast was available each morning from 7 am to 10 am. it included fresh pastries, cereals, and fruit. i saw coffee, tea, and juice were also provided as part of the breakfast. there was seating for about twenty people in the breakfast area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found it easy dealing with them. my room, though smaller, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. the location is close to the metro and i easily walked to notable sites.

I stayed on the second floor. The stairs to the room were steep and winding. i found this to be a bit worse than i had anticipated.
